The comfort zone is a state of mind in which we feel comfortable but where we can easily slip into a functioning automatic that leads us to a certain feeling of passivity and little motivation. This type of functioning generates little stimulation towards your crecimiento, not only external, but also of your internal growth.

This happens to us because, many times, we have desires that they produce us fear y Vertigo because they remind us that we need a cultural, . That we need to break certain routines and choose new areas to explore.
