Companies that Christmas they are lived in very different ways. For many they are endearing and beautiful, for others a bit agitated and unpleasant, and for others they are lived with a lot of stress and anxiety.

In reality, Christmas is a time when the year ends but, like any other section of the road, if you don’t know how to take care of yourself during its course, it can become a nightmare.

As these dates approach, external demands tend to increase to meet, buy gifts, decorate the house, have everything prepared for each meeting, every detail, pending tasks that have to be closed and a long etcetera that only increases our level of Stress and anxiety.

Thus, in our weekly training we dedicate this meditation to remove the stress that this stage can generate. The Stress that can cause the fact of not stopping to review how I am approaching it, how I am taking these demands and demands, what expectations gender of her.
