Guided meditation How to deal with the envy that some people arouse in us
The psychologist Belén Colomina, an expert in mindfulness, invites in this guided meditation session to work on self-confidence to transform that envy into another more constructive feeling

In a world where social media (especially Instagram) shows the best side of everything and everyone, we often come across episodes of envy. With moments of “wishing” for the other and even feeling unhappy for not living or not having what we “see” that happens to others.
But … what is hidden behind this envy? After this sadness or regret for the good of others hides a low self-esteem, a feeling of inferiority that will make us feel small and, of course, will always make us lose out. Envy increases our frustration or impotence, makes us focus on our lack and this can make our fears e insecurities.
Believing in yourself, trusting in your abilities to achieve your own goals and being honest with yourself will be key aspects that can help you transform envy.
And, to learn how to handle it, I have prepared this meditation for you, to be able to really transform your life. Without envy.
