On these dates the meetingsboth with friends, family and co-workers. In some you want to go, and in others you want to run away. So, as these dates get closer, I invite you to be able to live them and build them differently.

In the meditation This week we train the constructive and positive gaze. The look that will allow you to value the moment, value the opportunity to connect and feel the best of yourself and of each other.

Because we live as if we were always going to have these opportunities and, nevertheless, the reality is different, time and circumstances pass and change. You do not know what will come in the next year but yes you know what you can sow and enjoy now. Do not think that everything is predetermined, build the positive shared moments. Create and live your life the way you really want to remember it tomorrow.

This week we train in the listen carefully, In the respect for differences. At add and build for share. Because it is important to value the opportunity of each meeting and live it as you wish. There is no prototype or expectation to reach or fulfill, but rather moments that are yet to be built. Offer what you want to collect and enjoy.

After all, today can be a great day!

Happy meditation! Happy shared moments!
