In all our surroundings we find a multitude of projections e idealized images of the human being. Increasingly, it is encouraged to build positively who you want to be and how you want to live, which is healthy if it encourages us to improve, to be a better person and to overcome difficulties, but this is not always the case. Sometimes we can generate a kind of false optimism, an excessively idealized optimism, close to the requirement of perfectionism, which does not let us enjoy what we have achieved and what we already have. An image, therefore, that beyond facilitating our growth hurts and blocks us.
We need to accept ourselves and recognize our qualities to continue growing harmoniously and in balance. From what we do have, from how we are and together with our potential.
