Guacamole
 

Ingredients: 2 large ripe avocados, 1 large Baku tomato, 1 medium onion (red onion is better), 1 lime, salt, a small bunch of cilantro, red pepper or tabasco (optional).

Preparation:

Cut the avocado in half and spoon the pulp into a salad bowl. Crush the pulp thoroughly with a fork, pour over the lime juice and stir. Add finely chopped onion and tomato pulp (no juice or pits). Salt. Add chopped cilantro and tabasco (or red pepper) if desired. To make the consistency more uniform, you can grind the guacamole with a blender. Instead of chips, I eat guacamole with carrots – much healthier and very tasty)
