Now the singer has two “fortresses”: one for work, the other for the family.

Both are on the same site in a cottage community along the Novo-Rizhskoe highway. Just ten kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Houses are like twins. Both are in the style of Buddhist pagodas. Buildings of this type are one of the symbols of Thailand, the country in which the Leps family lived for about a year. Hence the love for this type of building. Similar, perhaps, you will not find anywhere in the suburbs. The houses are located a few meters from each other. So now the singer can literally walk to work in house slippers.
Immediately opposite the entrance is the first building – the production center of Grigory Leps. Three floors that house a reception, a recording studio, a dance class, several rehearsal rooms, a manager’s office, a staff dining room and even several bedrooms equipped with everything necessary for guests. Spacious, comfortable, high quality and with love for visitors. Not a single flaw is visible.
As soon as the construction and finishing works were completed, the owner of the house invited guests – colleagues in show business composer Maxim Fadeev, rapper Bastu, singers Sergey Lazarev and Emin Agalarov, his wards from the production center Niko Neman, Sharif, Alina Grosu, as well as journalists.
Gregory himself met the guests, treated them and led a tour of the house.
– Everything was not easy, it required both money and time, – the singer shared with Woman ‘Day. – For five years, while the construction was going on, several contractors were replaced. For different reasons. I cannot say that I am satisfied with everything, but I am glad that people like it. Everything is really good here. From materials and furniture to my prints, which I have collected over the years. Well, and a separate story – the quality of the studios, their compliance with world standards. A professional from Los Angeles has already arrived, tried out the equipment, edited the sound of the drums, placed them correctly. He said everything was great. I trust the pros, I myself do not fully understand everything, I can only evaluate the final result. I hope they will come here to work, all the conditions for this are here.

Leps’s colleague Sergey Lazarev also appreciated what he saw:
– Wonderful halls, studios. Everything is done from the heart, it is clear that it was carefully thought out. Gregory is a professional, he understands and knows what is best. The studio has several rooms. And if you stay late, you can stay. Such concern is very captivating. I was here a few months ago, Gregory showed how everything would be, and even then I understood the scale of what was planned. And now I saw the final result. I would like this huge space to be teeming with people all the time. It requires filling. This is what I wish him. So that a huge amount of invested effort and money justified itself. And the production center was breathing deeply.
The Moscow apartment, in which the Leps family lived for about seven years, is still empty.
– Probably, we will make repairs here, and then decide what to do next, – the owner of the house shared with Woman’s Day. – I have not yet been able to fully appreciate what it is like to live outside the city. Only a week since we moved. But hopefully everything will be fine.

– I think now Grisha will spend more time at home, – Leps’s wife Anna confessed to Woman’s Day. – Although with a job like his, it’s hard to expect that. But the travel time will definitely take less. Now it feels like your loved one is just in the next room. When he’s behind two walls, it’s almost like home. A week ago, we completely moved from a Moscow apartment, and, of course, we had to completely change our lifestyle. The girls are learning. Eva is in the eighth grade, Nicole is in the second, but we did not change school. We get up at 6:15. At 7 in the morning, everyone should be in the car, and at 7:20, the children are already at school. Classes begin at 8:30 am. Therefore, they open the books and prepare for the lessons. So far we are coping. Of course, the rhythm of life in general has changed. I don’t know how comfortable it has become, but the fact that this is new is different. There is also a big plus. Now children can spend more time outdoors and in those 15 minutes between classes, just open the door and go pick mushrooms. The forest is literally behind our house. They come with baskets full of huge porcini mushrooms. So potatoes with mushrooms are now always on the table! Well, of the minuses, perhaps, only the early rise. But here it is important to enter the regime, to get involved.
