Green salad recipe with sour cream and egg
To prepare a simple yet tasty and healthy green salad with sour cream and egg, you will need the following ingredients:
– 300 grams of green salad; – 1 fresh cucumber; – 2 eggs; – greens of dill and parsley; – ½ glass dressing.
For refueling: – ¼ glasses of sour cream; – ¼ glass of vinegar; – 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar; – ground black pepper; – salt.
The taste and appearance of the dish largely depends on how the products are prepared for the salad. First of all, sort out the lettuce leaves, take only healthy ones. Rinse them very thoroughly in cold water, changing it 2-3 times. Then put the green salad on a sieve or colander to drain the water, and dry the leaves with a napkin or paper towel before cooking.
Tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves by hand or cut with a knife and put in a bowl. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into thin slices. Mix with vinegar and sour cream dressing.

To prepare a healthy green salad with oil and vinegar, you need a minimum of ingredients:
– 300 grams of green salad; – greens of dill or parsley; – ¼ glass of dressing.
For refueling: – ¼ glass of vinegar; – 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
– 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar; – salt; – pepper.
Tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves with your hands or cut with a knife and put in a deep salad bowl.
Make a vinegar dressing with oil. To do this, thoroughly mix the vinegar with salt, ground pepper, sugar and vegetable oil.
Before serving green salad on the table, pour over the dressing, stir and sprinkle with dill or parsley. On top of the salad, you can lay fresh cucumbers cut into circles or croutons made from white bread and grated with garlic.
Serve green salad with fried or boiled meat, as well as fried fish.
