- butter – 1 tbsp.

- dill – bundle
- ground black pepper
- cumin, salt to taste
Start your soup by frying the onions in oil for 5 minutes. Then add peas (if frozen, then defrost beforehand), diced potatoes.
Defrosting peas naturally rather than in the microwave. So it will retain more useful elements and vitamins.
Pour in 1/2 serving of broth and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring regularly. Then remove half of the cooked vegetables from the soup and refrigerate, then mash them until puree. Mix with all the stock, add the diced ham and spices. Warm everything up again, but do not boil. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
Soup with a silky and sweetish taste is obtained by adding cream to it.
