Kalimage
Hidden inside a “butterfly” packaging: 10 meters of recyclable sheets, 4 erasable markers, a brush and a pair of scissors. A simple drawing box? Not at all ! The sheets can “stick” to any smooth surface: wooden table, glass, plastic support, walls … the paper, once smoothed with the hand, stays in place as if by magic! And when your toddler’s artwork is finished, there are several possibilities: erase it and start over, roll it up and put it away in the box or leave it displayed in the house!
The advantages of Kalimage : Your older one can (almost) draw endlessly, but also cut shapes in the paper. The father, at the origin of this idea, also thought of putting a border on the edges of the paper to teach the children to respect a framework and not to exceed it. Small clever detail, the unwinder makes it easy to catch the sheets without risk of tearing since they are already pre-cut. A game to take anywhere, at a really reasonable price!
Minuses of Kalimage : Only 4 colors provided (blue, red, green and black), too bad! And to see the red and blue disappear completely, you have to insist a little with the brush. Be careful not to “mistreat” the drawing too much, once rolled up, if your child wants to take it to daddy, mum or his grandparents … And if it remains displayed for several days, it will be necessary to moisten the brush to erase it. .

Anima, the ghost walk
Small ghosts must make a course, set up by the child, and succeed in reaching the cemetery by avoiding the “obstacle” boxes. But you also have to be the first to come home. A family game of chance, from 2 to 4 players, supported by Unesco for its local manufacture, in Asia, with bamboo. As in the game of the goose, it is the die which decides the advance of the pawns.
The advantages of Anima : a game very easy to install since you build your own course for each game. The rules are very simple, so everyone has fun. To take it on a trip, no problem, the material is light and the case is not very bulky. We appreciate the theme of ghosts, declined in an original way and in color. A real pleasure for the youngest. The size of the game elements is well suited to small hands. In short, a “craft” game that really has character!
Minus of Anima : The rules are very brief, suddenly, we do not know what to do if there are two pawns on the same square or how to access, on return, to square one. Everyone has to invent their own rules. We also regret the absence of variants.
