Children are divided by age into junior middle and senior groups. As they grow older, the load and the complexity of the learned techniques increase. A child can get into the younger group from the age of 5.

To be highly effective, you need to train hard and hard. Training is usually carried out 3-4 times a week and has a long duration – from 1,5 to 2,5 hours, depending on the preparedness of the child.

Training in some sections provides for summer camps in sports camps. There, the child receives 4 meals a day, time for a nap to recuperate, but the main attention is paid to fruitful training and preparation for the competition.

This type of single combat develops in a boy the qualities that a man needs – courage, the ability to make choices and keep the situation under control. What else are the benefits of wrestling for a child:
