Grape tincture: 3 recipes at home

For grape tincture, chacha, grappa, grape moonshine, food alcohol and plain vodka can be used as an alcohol base.

A minimum of products, and at the exit we get a fragrant drink. You can even arrange non-waste production. Cake, which remains after the fermentation of wine, can be used to prepare tinctures (recipe No. 3).

But if you want to make a tincture from fresh fruits, then the first two recipes will suit you.

They also make vodka, liqueurs and liqueurs from grapes.

The tincture according to this recipe will turn out moderately sweet and fragrant. For a special piquancy at the stage of laying the ingredients in a container, you can add a small handful of ripe cherries. Only it should first be pierced with a toothpick in several places.

Ingredients

  1. Ripe red grapes – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Granulated sugar – 300 g

Method of preparation

  1. The grapes must be separated from the bunches, washed and dried a little.

  2. Pour prepared grapes, granulated sugar into a jar for infusion and pour in the alcohol component. We leave for 2-4 weeks in a dark place.

  3. As soon as the berries turn white, this will mean that the tincture is ready.

  4. It remains only to strain it, pass it through any of the available filters and bottle it.

  5. Before proceeding with the tasting, it is advisable to keep the drink for another week in the refrigerator.

Spicy white grape tincture

Ingredients

  1. Seedless white grapes – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Granulated sugar – 400 g

  4. Water – 500 ml

  5. Lemon – 2 pcs.

  6. Vanilla sugar – 30 g

  7. Carnation – 8 buds

  8. Cinnamon stick – 1 pc.

Method of preparation

  1. From water and two types of sugar, we cook syrup according to the classical technology.

  2. While the syrup is cooling to room temperature, remove the zest from the lemons with a fine grater (do not forget to scald and wipe the peel before starting).

  3. In a glass container of a suitable volume, mix the prepared zest, cloves, cinnamon and alcohol. Leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

  4. During this time, we need to separate the grapes from the bunches, wash and dry them.

  5. After 3-4 hours, remove the cinnamon stick from the container, add the grapes and pour in the sugar syrup.

  6. We close the container with a lid and transfer it to a warm, dark place for 2-3 months.

  7. As soon as the exposure comes to an end, the drink must be filtered, filtered and bottled.

  8. Cool the finished tincture and serve to the festive table.

  9. The strength of the product is 20-25 degrees, and the shelf life should not exceed one year.

Strong tincture of grape pomace

For this recipe, you can use wild grape varieties or grape pomace that is left after making homemade wine.

Grape moonshine can be replaced with ordinary vodka, diluted alcohol or chacha.

Ingredients

  1. Grape pomace – 2 l

  2. Grape moonshine – 1,5 l

  3. Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation

  1. We mix all the ingredients in a glass container and leave for 1-1,5 months in a dark room.

  2. After the aging period, the finished tincture must be filtered and bottled. Also at this stage, you can additionally introduce a sweetener in the form of fructose or sugar syrup.

  3. To add spice to the drink, it is additionally aged in an oak barrel or on oak chips.

  4. Store strong tincture in a cool place.
