General advice for beginner cooks
To begin with, it is worth responsibly approaching the choice of variety. Depending on this, the drink will have various beneficial properties and taste. In general, any grape variety is suitable for obtaining a drink. But there are “dry” varieties, from which you can get a product only with the help of a juicer, and even then not very much.
You can prepare a drink both from certain grape varieties, and from all together.
- When combined with dark and light varieties, an unusual and aromatic drink is obtained.
- If you cook only from a white variety, then it is better to use muscat grapes.
- The following grape varieties are most often used for squeezing juice: Cabernet, Lydia, Bianca, Zigerbe, Isabella, Armalaga, Ilyichevsky early, Johaniter, Golubok. You can get more juice from them.
- Table varieties are used much less frequently, since they are drier and only a small amount of juice can be obtained from them.
