Ingredients Gooseberry Sauce

gooseberries 1.0 (grain glass)
water 0.5 (grain glass)
Apple juice 0.5 (grain glass)
table salt 0.5 (teaspoon)
sugar 1.0 (teaspoon)
ground black pepper 0.3 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Use unripe green gooseberries. Stew the berries in a small amount of water until boiled, rub the mass through a sieve. Mix mashed potatoes with apple juice, add salt, sugar, pepper.
