However, kindness can have both an active and energetic form, then it manifests itself as care and love.
A benevolent person does not like to criticize, but likes to support, admire and praise. A benevolent person does not blame until he understands and is ready to forgive what can be forgiven. Benevolent criticism is criticism of actions, but not of the person himself. Benevolent feedback — notes first of all positive, strong moments, and apologizes for weak ones.
At the same time, benevolence can be offensive, with elements of harsh criticism. If you are sure that you have a strong and adequate person in front of you, your benevolence will manifest itself in the fact that you will tell him in plain text and in the most intelligible wording what can help him.
