Gold Omega 3 – how it works

Gold Omega 3 is a preparation containing fish oil, which is a natural source of omega 3 fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid, i.e. EPA and decosahexaenoic acid, i.e. DHA. What are omega 3 fatty acids? These are acids that are essential for the proper functioning of the entire body, but they do not occur naturally inside the body, so they must be provided with food, vitamins and appropriate dietary supplementation. Omega 3 fatty acids are unsaturated fatty acids with a double bond in the 3 position.

DHA and EPA acids have a multidirectional effect on the entire body, while a high deficiency of fatty acids is the basis for many ailments and diseases. Daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids in the right doses affects the proper functioning of the entire cardiovascular system, for example, it has an anti-thrombotic effect, lowers blood pressure, and has anti-atherosclerotic properties. Decosahexaenoic acid is a component of the retinal membranes and neuronal cell membranes, it is also a permanent element of the proper functioning of the nervous system, which, when properly nourished, has a positive effect on the functioning of the brain and eyesight. Gold Omega 3 is also rich in vitamin E, which not only prevents the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids, but also inhibits the harmful effects of free peroxides and radicals. The use of Gold Omega 3 is recommended in the case of a diagnosed deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids.
