This is not an easy, interesting and very necessary task. You will be engaged in distance for a whole year, it will change your whole life, so already now, you need to understand in advance what you need to pay special attention to and why. Personal project
Distance, as a way to develop yourself, should work towards your goals in life. And what are your goals? What in your character, in your personality helps to achieve them? What’s stopping you? In total, try to understand and describe as clearly as possible what you need to change in yourself — and why, for what life goals and objectives.
There is an interesting criterion: if you write it in such a way that your loved ones will understand you and say: “Yes! Yes! You really need to work on this! Learn this! Change it in yourself!” — then you are on the right track. It is not always necessary to obey those close to you, but listening to their opinion is useful.
And the second criterion (hint) — what do your colleagues, employees and your manager (if any) expect from you? What personality traits and business habits would they like to see in you?

The route of movement according to the Distance
If you have created your personal project in this way, have determined what you really need (and want) to work on, then now carefully read the entire list of Distance exercises — and highlight those that, in your opinion, are closest to these tasks of yours. Proceed from the fact that most likely you will not have time to master the entire Distance in a year during this academic year, but then — what do you need to do? The smartest ones can create their own route of movement along the Course and coordinate it with the leader of the Course.
How to do it?
In the beginning, in any case, you need to complete the mandatory Distance exercises: the Kindergarten and School block. But in what order and how carefully — it’s up to you. Accordingly, first write down the exercises of the Kindergarten block in the order that you like, then take three steps:
- Check that in this order there is a reasonable distribution of the mind-soul-body load. Ideally, when you do three exercises, one of which loads the mind, the second — the soul, the third — the body.
- Mark those exercises (in grey?) that are of little relevance to you. If you’ve been doing the «I’m going to bed on time» exercise regularly for the past few years, there’s no job for you. These exercises can be closed formally: to clear your conscience, check that everything is in order here, and don’t waste time on them anymore.
- On the other hand, mark the exercises (in red?) that are especially important and interesting to you. Spend more time on these exercises.
Determine your order in the School block in the same way.
But then — your free program, that is, completely creative … Before you are very different blocks of exercises: Time and money, Family, Business, Self-development, Communication and influence, Woman, Man — and so on. Of course, it is best to master all the exercises of all these blocks, but start with those that are especially important to you. So, in any order, write down all the most important exercises for you and arrange them again so that there is a reasonable distribution of the load (mind-soul-body).
Well, you’ve done everything. It is clear that during the Distance you will review this route a dozen times more, life will make its own adjustments, but the faster you decide where and why you want to move, the smarter and more energetic your work will be.
