Glorious Morning Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Scotch – 60 ml

2. Sugar syrup – 15 ml

3. Lemon juice (fresh) – 15 ml

4. Lime juice (fresh) – 15 ml

5. Egg white – 1 pc.

6. Absinthe – 3-4 drops

7. Soda – 100 ml

How to make a cocktail

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again.

3. Strain into an old fashion glass.

4. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
