– On the basis of representative studies carried out by the State Sanitary Inspection, it was found exceeding the maximum level for pesticide residues (chlorpyrifos) in the product named “Gryczana Crops of Nature”, 4 × 100 g – informs Jan Bondar from the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate.

As SAWEX wrote in the statement, “the tests carried out as part of the verification by the manufacturer Sawex Foods in an external and independent laboratory did not reveal any contamination of the product with chlorpyrifos”. “Such discrepancies could indicate point contamination of the party. Please be advised that the products are regularly tested in accredited laboratories for the presence of pesticides. This year’s research ruled out any excesses ”- it was noted.
The troublesome batch of the product has already been withdrawn by the discounters and the manufacturer. At the same time, the manufacturer ensured that all consumers who return the product with the packaging, costs incurred will be reimbursed.
