Due to the fact that ground sweet pepper can be added to food products that we eat without thermal treatment, the presence of Salmonella bacteria poses a health risk. Salmonella sticks can survive even in long-term dry productions, and human consumption of contaminated food can cause food poisoning.
GIS warns that the batch of the product indicated in the message should not be consumed, especially without heat treatment. If symptoms of poisoning occur after consuming this particular product, a doctor should be consulted.
