Ginkofar – indications and dosage

Ginkofar is a drug used preventively and therapeutically in disorders of the cerebral and peripheral circulation and the symptoms of atherosclerosis:

  1. disturbed mental concentration,
  2. memory impairment,
  3. dizziness,
  4. headaches,
  5. tinnitus
  6. blood supply disorders in the lower extremities,
  7. hearing and vision impairment,
  8. prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

Dosage

Ginkofar is in the form of tablets and should be taken orally after a meal.

  1. in disorders of cerebral circulation 1 tabl. 3 × / day for 8-12 weeks,
  2. in peripheral circulation disorders 1 tabl. 1-2 × / d.

Ginkofar and contraindications

The only contraindication to the use of Ginkofar is hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Ginkofar – warnings about the drug

  1. In the event of an allergic reaction while taking Ginkofar, stop taking it.
  2. Do not use the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ginkofar with other drugs

Ginkofar should not be used simultaneously with preparations:

  1. containing acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin),
  2. anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin),
  3. thiazide diuretics.

Consult your doctor if you are taking other medications.

Ginkofar and side effects

When using Ginkofar rarely there may be:

  1. gastrointestinal complaints,
  2. headaches,
  3. rash.
