Menu 1
Breakfast:

- 1 tea without sugar
- 1 yogurt
- Strawberries without sugar
Lunch:
- Asparagus vinaigrette
- Red mullet fillet in foil
- Pan-fried early vegetables (green beans, turnips, carrots, onions) + rice
- Plain white cheese without sugar and mango cubes
Collation
(if necessary): Plain yogurt + apple
Dinner:
- Cucumber slices
- Hard-boiled egg and spinach
- 1 part goat cheese
- 1 portion of pain
- Pear compote without sugar
Menu 2
Breakfast:
- Rye bread + margarine
- 1 herbal tea without sugar
- Little Swiss without sugar
- Apricots
Lunch:
- Grated fennel with cottage cheese
- Grilled chicken
- Tomato pasta and coulis
- Fresh fruit salad with no added sugar
Collation
(if necessary): Bread toast + cheese spread + apple slices
Dinner:
- Cold zucchini and basil soup
- Grilled flank steak with shallot
- Lentils and fresh onions
- Plain yogurt without sugar
- Strawberries without added sugar + mint leaves

- Cold mix: milk + raspberry
- Bran bread + margarine
- Plain tea without sugar
Lunch:

- Braised chard + cracked wheat grains

- 1/2 grapefruit
