Gastronomic Peru
Among the dishes that can be tasted, we highlight the traditional corvina ceviches, seafood, Lima or fish causes, tiraditos, classics or rocoto or the well-known aji de gallina.
We can also innovate by trying avant-garde creations that, without breaking tradition, have managed to blend the classic with current trends to perfection, where free-range chicken is dipped in huacata sauce, the yuca mash accompanies our Iberian pork rinds.
The most original dishes also have a place among those presented, such as a bomb of rice with duck with Huancaina cream and Creole sarza, or the crispy tube of yellow potatoes with yogurt foam.
