A cooking party paired with the best wines will be the meeting that will be held on May 9 at the Hotel Vila Vira Parc, in Porches, in the Portuguese Algarve.
This second edition of The Feast of Food and Select Wines, will bring together dozens of the best local chefs and from the rest of the world, who will share a room and table with producers of the best wines from both hemispheres and manufacturers of gourmet products.
Juve & Camps, Delta Cafés or Joselito will be present together with Herdade dos Grous, Monte do Trevo, Blue Gin, Quinta do Soalheiro, Quinta de Lemos, Rozès, Barbeito wines, Água das Pedras, DUX beer, Cacao Di Vine, etc.…
A triangle of creation where raw materials, quality in the elaboration and better accompaniment will come together, to create a Dynamic Dinner to be able to pair with the best music, which will be entertained by professional DJs.
The place setting is not accessible by any means, but the quality of the drinks and above all the possibility of experiencing a staging with the best chefs of the moment are a luxury that many times you have to “pay for”. For the modest price of € 225 per person, you will be able to taste and test the entire menu of proposals that the Resort environment presents to us for the occasion.
The venue will be the Oceans Restaurant of the hotel complex on the southwest coast of the Iberian Peninsula. Where its two Michelin stars shine towards the west, in a privileged place to relax, enjoying the surroundings and in this case the gastronomy.
