The Netherlands rise to show its full potential at a fair that is becoming more important year after year within the European foodservice sector.
HORECAVA 2016 is the Dutch Food Fair that brings together the best references in the food sector for four days. Food and Drinks in the Benelux (Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg)
During the days 11 to 14 January, in the City of Amsterdam, exhibitors and visitors will have the opportunity to start the year with meetings, contacts and, above all, knowledge and presentation of the new food products that will be launched throughout the first quarter of the new year 2016.
The place chosen for the exhibition is the Fairgrounds of the city of Los coffe shops, known as RAI Amsterdam, and in the square meters of its rooms, we will be able to see everything necessary to innovate in the restaurant and catering sector by the hand of exhibitors of machinery, packaging and food in all its varieties.

This year’s edition celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Horecava Fair, and throughout all this time they have carried out many developments in the professional restaurant and catering sector in the Benelux territories, full of inspiration and experience.
A Gastronomic Festival in Food Fair Format
The program of activities for this new edition brings us a large number of educational seminars, conferences, demonstrations, courses and, above all, product presentations.
Within each segment or category in which the Fair is divided, different Events will be held that give color and light to the celebrations of the sample.
Among them we highlight the Horacava Festival Street food, which will be located in a square of the enclosure, where a street food festival will be set, with its corresponding food trucks and food bars, achieving a very modern combination of experiences and gastronomy.
Another of the encounters that cannot be missed is the Beer Factory where the best exponent of the place’s quintessential drink, can be tasted on site in an annex of 500 m2 where two hundred diners will be able to pair the exquisite artisanal fermented which is produced right there with the traditional preparations of any bar, restaurant or cafeteria to use.
How can it be otherwise, a place where you drink beer, they have to have their prestigious contest, and this celebrates its final phase on the 13th, with the Final of the championship of Beer Tapping where the 35 professional baristas who have reached the final phase, will throw their “canes” in the best way to establish themselves as the “Best Beer Tapper Netherlands”
For desserts we leave the space of the Sweet Emotions, where renowned pastry chefs like Rudi van Beylen, Dirk Peeters o Albert Adriá, They will offer us different ways of preparing and consuming cocktails and desserts.
