The first international gastronomic congress Sabor Fusión Shanghai is the result of the passion for cuisine in the Asian continent as a consequence of the global culinary phenomenon that is also developing in many parts of the world.
From China comes the longing for knowledge and above all the interest in culinary preparation of the international masters who carry out their production activity in Spain.
The congress is organized by the Shanghai Hande Cultural Communications and directed by María Li Bao, a hotelier in the capital of Spain, and returns to her origins to share this culinary passion with her Chinese compatriots, who will be able to visit one of the five pavilions of Shanghai International Convention Center.
Important figures of the national and Eastern gastronomic panorama, will participate in the various programmed activities, where critics and cuisine share a table led by Víctor de la Serna and Clinton Zhu on one plane and the masters Diego Guerrero and Yaoyun Li on the other.
Two full days, to discover the art and technique of chefs from both worlds, who during June 14 and 15, will share talent and raw materials in an unprecedented symbiosis.
An international platform of products from the two continents
Organizations, brands and chefs will be the protagonists during both days of intense cooking, segmented knowledge in a program of seminars, colloquia and workshops given by catering professionals.
Various showcookings with display of the brands’ products will give way to exclusive tastings and various cooking competitions will be held on a professional level.
Design professionals and business entrepreneurs also contribute to giving color and content to the event, to discover in each one of the corners an explosion of flavor and a source of inspiration.
