The drug is used to treat hyperacidity of gastric juice, in gastric and duodenal ulcer disease, inflammation of the gastrointestinal mucosa.

INDICATIONS AND DOSAGE

Symptomatic treatment of gastric hyperacidity, gastric and duodenal ulcer disease, gastrointestinal mucositis. Orally. Suck or crush the tablets, do not swallow them whole. Adults and children after 6 years 1-2 tables 1 hour after meals, at bedtime or in case of symptoms, usually 3 times a day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. Do not use in parallel with antibiotics from the tetracycline group.

WARNINGS

Before using the drug in pregnant women or during breast-feeding, a doctor should be consulted.

SIDE EFFECTS

Rarely, gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting) occur. Constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, mood swings, bone pain, swelling of the wrists or ankles (caused by low blood phosphate levels) may occur with prolonged use or high doses. If you notice the above-mentioned symptoms, stop taking the drug and contact your doctor.
