Error code Value How to fix the message F0 Reduced system pressure. What to do:
  • Turn on water supply.
  • Check pressure readings, set correctly.
  • Inspect connections for leaks.
  • Diagnose the pressure sensor.

F1 No flame. Ignition blocked, fuel valve closed.

  • Carry out diagnostics and replacement of the ionization sensor, its contacts with the electronic module.
  • Open the gas cock at full power, restart the equipment. Reverse the plug in the outlet by reversing the polarity.
  • Restart the thermostat.

F2 The temperature sensor is defective. The temperature dropped to +3 °С. Install a working temperature sensor. Or start the appliance in winter mode and wait for the values ​​to increase. F3 Overheating has reached 95°C. The security system disabled the device. Let the boiler cool down and restart. If the problem persists, reset the fuse. F4 The DHW temperature sensor is broken. In this case, the boiler works for heating, but does not switch to domestic needs. Replace sensor, clean contacts. F5 The outdoor thermostat is out of order. Inspect the thermostat circuit, install a new element. F6 No communication with flue gas sensor. Repair the contacts between the sensor and the main module. Replace defective part. F7 Wiring problems. The break could occur in any part of the system. This means that one of the elements does not receive a signal to the module. Check all wiring, including control board. F8 The temperature sensor and water heater ground circuit is open. Tighten the contacts or install a working sensor. F10 Thermistor short circuit. If the cause is the thermistor, I will replace it. It is possible that the voltage dropped to 0,40 V. Or a short circuit occurred in the plug of the device. Then do the repair. F15 Reverse draft controller shorted. Disassemble the device, clean the terminals. The element is located on top, near the fan. Clear its pipes from blockage. F20 The temperature limiter has tripped.

Perhaps the connection was not made correctly, so the values ​​uXNUMXbuXNUMXbhave reached a critical level. Damaged wiring requires repair.

Also bleed the air from the system, make sure the pump is working.

F22/F75 Pressure dropped to 0,3 bar. Change pressure sensor. Adjust the circulation pump. Remove dirt from its parts. Open the feed valve, make sure that the structure is not leaking. F23 The temperature limit between the supply and return lines has been exceeded. Diagnostics in progress:

  • Pump.
  • Automation, sensors.

F24 Insufficient water level. The pump is blocked, so little liquid is pumped. Open the inlet valves, bleed excess air and repair broken parts. F25 Air circulation is disturbed, the protection has turned off the boiler.

The flue pipe is leaking. Tighten all connections tightly, otherwise carbon monoxide will enter the room.

Reconfigure the fuel supply system. Restart boiler.

If contactors and relays stick, clean the parts with fine sandpaper.

F62 Gas valve broken.

Disable and enable the device. Make sure there is no fuel leak. Lubricate the joints with soapy water. If bubbles appear, call repairmen.

Clean the valve.

F72 Return line and flow sensor give different readings. Make a diagnosis:

  • Sensors.

Radiator clogged up. For purification, special reagents are used. You can use home remedies, a solution of citric acid.

Check the filter for blockage.

F73 The pressure controller is defective. Reconnect the part, tighten its contacts. Replace if open or shorted. F83 There is no coolant in the system, heating does not occur during ignition. How to proceed:

  • Add water.
  • Inspect the expansion tank and other connections for damage and leakage.

F84 NTC2 and NTC5 sensors give different readings. Make a call and replace. F85 Supply and return sensor not working.
