Ingredients: 200 grams of any small seashells, 3 cloves of garlic, a small bunch of parsley, half a glass of white wine, olive oil, salt.
Preparation:
Soak the shells in salted water for 30 minutes, then rinse. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan, add the seashells, pour in the wine and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. Add coarsely chopped garlic and parsley and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the shells are ready, they will open. Those that have not been revealed cannot be eaten.
