The last month before the New Year is the most exciting and responsible of all. This is the time when we live with hope and expectation of a miracle. The time when we try to collect and analyze all the best that we have accumulated over the year. And we fix everything that we did wrong in the previous 11 months. We know for sure that being the most beautiful at a New Year’s party is not just a desire to stand out, but a promise of beauty, health and good mood in the coming year.

New Year’s Eve time management

Make a face mask? Or clean up the apartment? Prepare your child for the New Year’s party? Or tackle hair health? Revise your wardrobe? Or throw out all your old makeup and sign up for a makeup workshop? Or maybe spit on all your “Wishlist” and concentrate on family and work – after all, if you think about it, this alone is more than enough to keep yourself busy in the last days before the New Year.

In December, our schedule is tightened so much that it seems like a feat to fit at least one thing “for yourself, beloved” into it. However, according to psychologists, this is only an apparent sensation. There are a lot of things to do until you make a competent schedule.

Time eaters, goodbye!

One beauty procedure is an average of half an hour to two hours of free time. Where can I get them? Give up the daily “time eaters” and free time will appear by itself. Start with the rudimentary:

  1. Have a digital detox – give up social media (20-40 minutes a day)
  2. Save time on cooking – for example, ordering dinners at ready-to-eat services (30-60 minutes a day)
  3. Work remotely at least once a week: working from home – if the boss doesn’t mind – will allow you not to stand in New Year’s traffic jams (60-180 minutes a day)

Wish calendar

With the time eaters sorted out – now you can occupy the vacant window with useful beauty things. Take a sheet of paper or start an exel sign and line it up into 31 columns. One column – one day of December. It is better to start doing things that require multiple repetitions (for example, a deep hair treatment procedure) in the first days of December: one month will just be enough to completely complete the cycle. It is also better not to postpone the choice of a New Year’s outfit and the selection of makeup until the last days: you need to get along with a new image, and this takes time. For the first week of December, it is worth planning both a transition to a healthy diet (for example, fractional) and healthy sleep: if you start getting enough sleep three days before the New Year, the body will only enter a state of stress, and traces of fatigue under the eyes will betray you. All procedures related to long-term recovery – RF-lifting, laser cleaning, etc. should also be scheduled for the first two weeks of December.

The same applies to daily workouts: in order for the effect of them to be noticeable by the way the New Year’s dress sits, it is worth practicing for at least 2-3 weeks at least every other day. There is no time and effort for a full workout – 15-30 minutes will be enough.

On the last days before the New Year, you can schedule light express treatments, spa treatments, manicures, facial massages or coloring.
