Sugar in fruit – good or bad?

And fruits contain these good sugars, which are accompanied by a lot of vitamins and microelements. They have a lot of vitamin C that increases immunity and fiber that improves digestion, and at the same time supports weight loss. That is why they are the most recommended on a diet!
