Fruit salad with yogurt is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. It will only take you a few minutes to prepare it. If your child requires sweets and refuses to eat fruits and vegetable salads, pamper him (and at the same time yourself and the rest of the family) with this healthy and tasty dessert.

How to make a sweet fruit salad

To prepare a sweet fruit salad with yogurt, take: – 100 g of strawberries; – 100 g of dates; – 1 orange; – 1 banana; – 1 avocado; – 1 kiwi; – freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon; – 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar; – 1 tablespoon of yogurt.

After peeling the avocado, cut it in half and remove the pit. Cut the avocado flesh into thin slices. Peel the orange, kiwi and banana. Cut the orange into slices, and cut the kiwi and banana into thin slices. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit pieces to preserve the color of the avocado and banana.

Next, cut the dates into circles, after removing the seeds from them. Rinse, dry and chop the strawberries too. Place the fruit pieces on a plate, then combine the yoghurt with the powdered sugar and pour the sauce over the salad.

To prepare this fruit salad with yoghurt, you will need the following ingredients: – 3 apples; – 100 g of tangerines; – 100 g of seedless grapes; – 100 g raisins raisins; – 1 banana; – 60 g of celery root (to add a spicy taste to the salad); – 1 glass of yogurt.

If you are missing one or more ingredients for your salad, don’t be discouraged. You can substitute some fruits for others. For example, add strawberries instead of apples, and blackberries or gooseberries instead of grapes.

Rinse and peel celery root, apples, tangerines and banana. Disassemble the tangerine into slices and remove the white film from them. Cut the banana into thin slices. Cut the apple into thin strips, and either grate the celery on a coarse grater, or also cut into thin strips. Put celery and all fruits in a salad bowl, add raisins and grapes. Season the salad with yogurt.

To prepare this fruit salad with yogurt you will need: – 1 green apple; – 1 pear; – 2 kiwi; – 200 grams of gooseberries; – 200 grams of yogurt; – 2 teaspoons of honey.

Peel the fruit. Core the apple and pear. Cut the kiwi, apple and pear into thin slices. Place the pieces of fruit in a salad bowl and place the gooseberries. Combine the yogurt with honey and pour the prepared sauce over the salad.

To prepare a sweet salad with yogurt for 4 servings, you will need: – 2 kiwi; – 3 tangerines; – 2 bananas; – 2 apples; – sweet or classic yoghurt – to taste.

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Rinse the apples, peel them off, cut into 2 and core, then cut into small cubes. Cut the peeled kiwi and tangerines in the same way. Fold the prepared fruits in a slide into beautiful bowls and fill with yogurt. Sprinkle the salad with chopped orange peel or garnish with prunes, raisins, grapes or berries.
