Fruit salad with whipped cream. Video
A healthy fruit platter, when added with airy cream, turns into a nutritious yet light dessert. Put such a dish on the festive table and you will get an excellent substitute for fatty sugary cakes.
Fruit dessert with cream “Explosion of taste”
Ingredients: – 2 green apples; – 1 banana; – 1 ripe mango; – 1 royal pineapple (mini); – 300 g of melon; – 2 limes; – 200 ml of cream, 33% fat; – 1 tbsp. Sahara; – 1 tsp vanilla sugar; – 30 g toasted almonds.
Cut the zest from the limes with a fine grater and set aside, squeeze out the juice. Remove the cuttings and seeds from the apples and cut them into slices.
To prevent the apple slices from darkening while you prepare the other ingredients for the salad, sprinkle them with lime juice.
Peel the mango and remove the pulp. Remove the green top, thick skin, and eyelet from the pineapple with a knife and cut out a hard core, then cut it in half lengthwise. Cut the pineapple into thin slices and the mango, peeled banana and melon into cubes.
Place all fruits in a deep bowl and stir with lime juice. Use a broom or mixer to make whipped cream with vanilla and plain sugar. Spread the fruit mix over the bowls, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with green zest and chopped almonds.
Fruit and berry cocktail salad with airy cream
Ingredients: – 100 g of seedless black grapes; – 100 black currants; – 250 g strawberries; – 150 g of cranberries; – 0,5 lemon juice; – 2 tbsp. Sahara; – 2 tbsp. powdered sugar; – 150 ml heavy cream.
Rinse the berries, peel them of stalks, twigs and green tails. Cut too large strawberries into several parts, grapes into halves. Mix everything, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 15–20 minutes for the mixture to infuse and let the juice flow. Meanwhile, whisk the cream until frothy, add the powder and beat for a couple more minutes. Divide the fruit and berry shake into portions, covering each with a white, airy dressing.
Festive recipe for fruit salad “Tasty exotic”
Ingredients: – 1 pineapple; – 3 oranges; – 2 peaches; – 200 g of seedless grapes; – 100 g raspberries; – 50 g of raisins; – 1 lemon; – 1 tbsp. strong alcohol (rum, vodka, brandy); – 200 ml of cream; – 1 tbsp. Sahara; – 2 tbsp. powdered sugar; – 0,5 tsp cinnamon; – a pinch of salt.
Rinse the raisins and cover with alcohol for 2 hours. Cut off the crest of the pineapple and cut the fruit into longitudinal halves. Carefully remove the pulp from it without damaging the skin, cut into cubes and lightly salt. Peel the oranges and divide into wedges. Remove the seeds from the peaches and cut the flesh into slices.
Place all fruits, raisins and berries in a large bowl, add sugar and lemon juice, stir and place in pineapple rind cups. Whip the cream into a lather with powdered sugar and decorate the salad. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
