Chewing marmalade is a sweetness that children love very much. Unfortunately, commercial marmalade contains a significant amount of artificial colors and other additives harmful to the body. Therefore, it is better to please your little ones with a homemade treat made from natural products.

Homemade strawberry gummies are a bright and tasty treat that will appeal not only to children, but also to adults. To prepare the sweetness, you will need: – 10 grams of gelatin; – 200 grams of strawberries; – 1 glass of water; – 10 grams of powdered sugar.

Pour a glass of cold water over the gelatin and let it swell for half an hour. Grind fresh or frozen strawberries with a blender until puree. Then add the icing sugar and mix thoroughly.

Pour the swollen gelatin into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, then add the strawberry puree to it and stir thoroughly. If the contents of the saucepan begins to boil, reduce heat and stir the mixture again.

When the marmalade thickens, pour it into molds and cool to room temperature. Put the cooled delicacy in the refrigerator so that it cools completely.

To prevent the marmalade from sticking to the molds, they need to be covered with cling film.

You can make marmalade for children suffering from diathesis from the following products: – 0,5 cups of currant juice; – 0,5 cups of water; – 5 tablespoons of lemon juice; – 60 grams of fructose; – 20 grams of gelatin.

Pour freshly squeezed redcurrant juice over the gelatin and set aside to swell. Pour fructose with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and, stirring, keep on it for 3 minutes. After that, remove the fructose from the heat, add the swollen gelatin and lemon juice to it, stir thoroughly.

Strain the hot mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth and pour into molds. When the marmalade has cooled slightly, put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

To make citrus-flavored marmalade, you will need: – 0,5 cups of orange juice; – 0,5 cups of water; – 6 tablespoons of lemon juice; – 20 grams of gelatin; – 2 cups of granulated sugar; – 1 tablespoon of lemon zest; – 1 tablespoon orange peel.

Pour freshly squeezed orange juice over the gelatin and leave to swell for 30 minutes. Prepare the sugar syrup at this time. To do this, mix the sugar and citrus zest in one cup, cover them with cold water and put on a small fire. Stir the contents of the cup constantly to dissolve the sugar completely.

Remove the prepared syrup from heat, add gelatin swollen in orange juice and stir well so that there are no lumps. Then strain the composition through a sieve and pour into a mold. Put the marmalade cooled to room temperature in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
