Fruit Attraction, It is the Gastronomic Event where the Fruit takes the main role in the national food scene, if we forget the culinary and even the medicinal.

The International Fair of the Fruit and Vegetable Sector, returns one more year to the capital of Spain to offer a gastronomic space full of novelties, elaborations and above all Passion for Fruit.

Un universe fruit and vegetable that brings to Madrid everything related to fresh or transformed products, in its categories of preserves, packaging, organic production, nuts, legumes, juices, without forgetting the 4th and 5th range.

In addition, this year’s Fair reinforces its presence of organic fruits and vegetables, with a new space dedicated specifically to this type of production, “The Organic Hub“.

Fruit Attraction, It will be held from October 28 to 30, within the Ifema exhibition space, this being its seventh staging and occupying an unprecedented space, along pavilions 7, 8, 9 and 10, of the Fairgrounds.

Like the previous edition of Fruit Attraction in 2014, the gastronomic environment of Fruit Fusion, where the demonstrations and showcookings that arouse so much interest in fruit consumers and help encourage their consumption to those who need innovation and enthusiasm in everyday products.

Get out of the monotony, under the umbrella of the slogan “Avant-garde flavors” It is the objective of the sponsors of the event, who are looking for a new gastronomic interpretation of fruit and vegetable products, to promote their quality, their variety and above all their culinary capacities.

Dissemination in collaboration with innovation, which highlights the incredible potential of these fundamental foods for our diet that help to provide content in the kitchen and in turn favor the penetration of brands in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
