Frozen champignons, which you can buy in the store all year round, regardless of the season, will allow you to regularly delight your household with delicious and nutritious dishes with a great mushroom aroma.
Frozen champignon puree soup
To prepare a soup-puree for 2 servings, you will need: – frozen mushrooms – 200 g; – potatoes – 2 pcs.; – onions – 1 pc.; – carrots – ½ pc.; – butter – 1 tablespoon; – sour cream – 2 tablespoons; – chopped greens – 1 tablespoon
Frozen champignons, regardless of what kind of dish you are planning to make of them, do not need to be defrosted before cooking
Pour 500 g of water into a saucepan, boil it in a saucepan, add peeled potatoes, cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and carrots, chop the onion finely, grate the carrots. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onion in it, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Add the carrots and fry them with the onions for 3-4 minutes. Put the mushrooms in a pan, mix them with onions and carrots, lightly salt and fry for 10 minutes.
When the potatoes are ready, remove them from the pot, but do not drain the water. Fold the potatoes into a blender, add a couple tablespoons of water from the pan, grind finely, put the resulting puree back into the pan. Set aside a tablespoon of the contents of the pan, grind the rest in a blender and put it in a saucepan too, mix everything, straighten the taste with salt, boil. Pour the soup into bowls, add sour cream, top with fried mushrooms with onions and finely chopped herbs.
Buckwheat porridge with frozen mushrooms
To prepare such porridge, you will need: – frozen mushrooms – 200 g; – buckwheat – 1 tbsp.; – onions – 1 pc.; – butter – 2 tablespoons; – olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Boil buckwheat porridge in water. Melt the butter in a skillet, add olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown. Then put the frozen mushrooms in a pan, mix everything and fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Salt the contents of the skillet and put it in the buckwheat porridge. Stir and serve.
From frozen mushrooms, you can prepare a delicious gravy for mashed potatoes or casseroles, meat or poultry dishes. To do this, you will need: – frozen mushrooms – 200 g; – onions – 1 pc.; – flour – 2 tablespoons; – water – 200 g; – butter – 2 tablespoons Pour flour into a preheated pan and fry it, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Melt the butter in another pan, fry the finely chopped onion in it, then add the frozen mushrooms, stir. Fry mushrooms and onions for another 10 minutes. Then add flour, stir. Start pouring in water gradually, breaking up the lumps with a spoon. Season with salt to taste and simmer the gravy over low heat, stirring constantly, for another 10 minutes.
