Fried minced meat recipe with onions and carrots

To prepare a dish, take:

  • 500 g pork pulp
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bulbs
  • salt, black pepper to taste
  • some vegetable oil for frying

Before frying the minced meat, cook it by washing the meat and spinning it through a meat grinder. Cut the onions and carrots into cubes and fry them in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to the pan, season with salt and pepper, fry it until tender, stirring regularly. In the process of stirring, break up the lumps, and then in finished form it will be crumbly and tender.

Minced meat is cooked very quickly, so a quarter of an hour is enough for the whole process of cooking meat.

For him, take:

  • 0,5 kg fresh or defrosted minced pork
  • 1 small young zucchini weighing about 200 g
  • 1 peppers
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 bulb
  • 100 g long grain rice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, turmeric, cumin

To get this kind of pilaf, fry the minced meat in a pan along with chopped carrots and onions, add peeled and chopped zucchini, peppers, garlic and spices to them and simmer the meat with vegetables until tender. Simultaneously cook the rice, pouring two parts of water over it. It is important to use varieties of rice that are not boiled soft, otherwise you may not get minced meat with rice, but rice porridge with meat and vegetables. Throw the finished rice in a colander and let the water drain, then mix it with minced meat and vegetables.
