One of the easiest and quickest ways to cook meat is to fry it in a pan. This dish can be served with any side dish or vegetable salad. It is suitable not only for a home dinner, but also becomes an excellent treat for guests on a festive day.

Meat prepared according to this recipe can be eaten even by those who limit the consumption of fatty foods or are on a diet, because such a dish is prepared without oil.

To prepare 5-6 servings you will need:

  • 1 kg pork or beef
  • ½ cup mustard
  • salt to taste

Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into portioned pieces no more than 2,5 cm thick. Spread each piece well with mustard. Place the meat in a deep bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. After the allotted time, wipe the meat with a dry cloth to remove the mustard, but do not wash. Salt each piece well to taste. Fry in a dry and hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, over high heat. Thanks to the mustard marinade, the meat will quickly fry and be very tender.

For frying meat, it is better to use entrecote.

Ingredients:

  • 4 steaks of pork or beef
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Wash and dry the meat on a napkin. Beat it off a little, rub with salt and black pepper. Leave it on for 15 minutes to soak in the spices and soften. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the steaks in it for 5 minutes on each side over high heat. Arrange on plates and serve with tender mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables.

During frying, the pieces should be placed as far apart as possible. It is also not recommended to cover the pan with a lid.

This recipe can be used to cook any meat: beef, pork, chicken and even lamb. The main thing is to keep it fresh.

For cooking, you will need:

  • 1 kg of meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 a spoon of granulated sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Wash the meat and cut into 3 by 3 cm pieces. Put them in a deep cup, salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaves. Mix everything well. Then pour 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar, mix again, cover and leave to marinate at room temperature for 3 hours.

After the allotted time, peel and cut the onions into half rings. Pour it over with water, add sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the meat and fry it over high heat until tender, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before the end, remove the onion from the marinade and add it to meat.

Fried meat marinated in Adyghe salt

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of any meat
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of Adyghe salt
  • 1 liter of mineral water

Wash the meat and cut into pieces. Stir it with Adyghe salt and fill it with mineral water. Leave to marinate for 3 hours at room temperature. Then drain the marinade and fry the meat until golden brown in a little vegetable oil.
