Fresh champignons: how to fry? Video
Champignon is an edible mushroom belonging to the second category, like boletus, boletus, butterdish. In terms of taste and nutritional value, it is second only to porcini mushrooms, camelina and milk mushrooms. A delicious mushroom broth with a delicate aroma is obtained from champignons. They are stewed, stuffed. You can also prepare a delicious dish from fried champignons.
Champignons are especially valuable because they are grown year-round on a special substrate, so fresh mushrooms can be bought even in winter.
Fried champignons in sour cream
To prepare this dish, you will need: – about 300 grams of champignons, – 1 medium onion, – 2 tablespoons of low-fat sour cream, – vegetable or olive oil for frying, – salt, – ground black pepper to taste; – spices to taste.
Rinse and dry the mushrooms thoroughly under running cold water, cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife. Chop the onion finely or chop it in a blender. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and start frying the mushrooms, turning them occasionally. After 3 minutes, add the chopped onion, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and fry for another 3-4 minutes, reducing heat to medium. Then add sour cream, stir, reduce heat to very low and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
You can add other spices in addition to ground pepper, for example, marjoram or oregano. You can also add a seasoning mixture. Focus solely on your taste preferences
The easiest recipe for fried champignons
If you have no onions, no sour cream, no spices on hand, you can still make delicious mushrooms.
To prepare this dish you will need: – about 450-500 grams of mushrooms,
– vegetable oil for frying, – salt.
Take 450-500 grams of mushrooms, wash and dry thoroughly. Carefully separate the caps from the legs. Cut the hats into thin slices, the legs into thin circles.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and add about 1/2 of the mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, and season with salt to taste.
If you immediately try to fry all the mushrooms, they will not be able to warm up quickly and will give out a lot of juice, that is, instead of frying, there will actually be stewing
How long does it take to fry the mushrooms? It depends entirely on your taste. If you prefer the mushrooms to be very fried, with a golden brown crust, you need to cook them for 7-8 minutes. If you like less fried food, 5 minutes should be enough.
When the mushrooms are ready, transfer the mushrooms from the pan to a plate or dish and fry the next batch in the same way. Add some oil if necessary. If you wish, you can decorate the fried mushrooms with herbs.
