French press dumbbells on incline bench — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on a bench as shown in the figure.
  2. Position dumbbell over crashing at arm’s length. Hands should make 90 degree angle with the body.
  3. On the inhale, lower the dumbbells. Should move only the forearm.
  4. Raise the dumbbell up completely straight arms. Elbows should be fixed.
