French diet – weight loss up to 8 kilograms in 14 days

The duration of the French diet is two weeks. The key to losing weight when following the French diet is its low calorie content throughout the course. Moreover, the diet of the French diet is clearly defined, and any deviations from the menu are unacceptable.

In addition, a number of products will be banned: bread and confectionery, sugar, fruit juices, salt – all kinds of pickles are also excluded from the diet and additionally alcohol (similar requirements for a number of similar diets – in particular for the Japanese diet). The menu of the French diet is based on such products as fish, dietary meat, eggs, vegetables, herbs, fruits, rye bread (toast).

Menu for 1 day diet

  • Breakfast – unsweetened coffee

  • Lunch – one medium-sized carrot fried in vegetable oil, 1 tomato and 1 tangerine
  • Dinner – boiled sausage salad – 100 grams, two boiled eggs and lettuce

Menu for the fourth day of the French diet

  • Breakfast – unsweetened coffee and a small piece of rye bread
  • Lunch – one medium-sized fresh carrot, 100 grams of cheese, one egg
  • Dinner – fruit and a glass of regular kefir

Menu on the fifth day of the diet

  • Breakfast – one medium-sized fresh carrot with freshly squeezed juice of one lemon
  • Lunch – one tomato and 100 grams of boiled fish
  • Dinner – 100 grams of boiled beef

  • Dinner – 100 grams of boiled beef

  • Lunch – one medium-sized fresh carrot, 100 grams of cheese, one egg
  • Dinner – fruit and a glass of regular kefir

Menu for the 12th day of the French diet

  • Breakfast – one medium-sized fresh carrot with freshly squeezed juice of one lemon
  • Lunch – one tomato and 100 grams of boiled fish
  • Dinner – 100 grams of boiled beef

Menu for the 14th day of the French diet

  • Breakfast – unsweetened green tea
  • Lunch – 100 grams of boiled beef, one tangerine
  • Dinner – 100 grams of boiled sausage

Unlike other diets (color diet) – there are no special restrictions on liquids (except for non-natural fruit juices) – non-carbonated mineral water and all types of tea are acceptable – incl. and green and coffee.

The diet guarantees a relatively quick result – up to 4 kg of weight loss per week (this is 8 kg for the entire diet). This advantage can be a decisive advantage when choosing a diet for weight loss. For example, a generally recognized and comprehensively tested medical diet cannot boast of this advantage: the disadvantages of a medical diet and its advantages. The second plus of the French diet is that it is not the shortest in duration, but it is more loyal in terms of stress for the body.

This diet is not completely balanced. It is not recommended for people with chronic diseases – or under constant medical supervision.
