The halodoctor.pl website in cooperation with Medonet launched the possibility of free e-visits in Ukrainian. Thanks to it, refugees from Ukraine can consult a specialist, discuss their health problems with him and obtain the necessary advice and guidance. The platform is available in Ukrainian and Polish.
Free e-visits in Ukrainian – how to use them?
The number of refugees from Ukraine crossing the Polish border is increasing every day. Among them, there are people who need a medical consultation, but not necessarily a personal visit to the facility, e.g. in order to extend the prescription or make sure that the treatment continues.
The halodoctor platform offers free e-visits in Ukrainian. You can use them easily by going to a specially prepared website: https://www.halodoctor.pl/dla-ukrainy
Doctors will be able to consult health problems and provide help, but also direct them to places where it is possible to obtain further support or continue treatment.
All you need to take advantage of the consultation is a smartphone with internet access. E-visit can take place either in the form of a video call, telephone call or chat.
Medical support for refugees – how can you help?
We invite doctors, specialists and psychologists who would like to join this campaign and help refugees through e-visits. All people who want to join the project, who speak Ukrainian, English, but also Polish, can apply by sending an email to the address [email protected] or by phone +48 530 000 828, +48 728 498 407, +48 530 862 922.

In Medfile, you can also issue a prescription for a Ukrainian patient, you only need the passport number. The issued prescription should be delivered to the patient, eg by e-mail (e-Prescription for a foreigner can currently be filled with a 4-digit code. The patient must have an e-Prescription document).
