Free dental assistance for Ukraine
The inhabitants of Ukraine fleeing the invaders to Poland can count on extensive support from the medics. — Every citizen of Ukraine, regardless of whether he or she requires hospitalization, specialist treatment on an outpatient basis, or the help of a family doctor, has the opportunity to obtain assistance — said the Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski a few days ago.
Your services — free — were offered by private medical facilities, such as Centrum Damian, LUX MED or Enel-Med. Dentists also joined the action. A website was launched with a database of offices offering free dental help to victims of aggression who found their way to Poland. More than 300 outlets offered help.

– It is a simple gesture of solidarity, but how important it is. Today it seems that dental assistance may not be the first need for people fleeing Ukraine, but we know very well that it may change soon. Adults and children will be in need. A special map of offices, which we have created on the website, is to help you locate the facility closest to your place of stay. We have translated the website into Ukrainian, we appeal to all media, including national and local ones, for help in reaching those in need – explains Krzysztof Powolny, the initiator and coordinator of the campaign.
Any dental practice can join the campaign – all you need to do is sign up for it form available on the website.
The project of providing dental assistance to refugees from Ukraine was supported by the Polish Dental Society, the partners of the project include: Acteon, Marrodent, Medif, Biomedix, Exactus / CEDE and the ewiDENTniepr agency.
