Formula that will show how tall your child will be
Do you want to know how tall your child will be? There is a special formula. Rather count!
Looking into the future is always an interesting and fun challenge! And to find out what the long-awaited baby will be like is even more tempting. Even before the birth of a child, parents think about what it will be like. It is difficult to guess the nature and purpose, but the portrait of a child is much easier. We have prepared a simple formula with which you can easily determine how tall your kinder will be.
For boys and girls:
For boys:
(father’s height + (mother’s height * 1,08)) / 2
For example, the father’s height is 189, and the mother’s height is 165, then, to find the child’s height, you need to multiply the mother’s height by 1,08: 165 * 1,08 = 178,2. Then we add to this number the height of the father: 178,2 + 189 = 367,2. Divide the resulting number by 2: 367,2 / 2 =183,6. It turns out that the height of the child will be approximately 184 see
For girls:
((father’s height * 0,923) + mother’s height) / 2
For example, the father’s height is 189, and the mother’s height is 165, then, to find the child’s height, you need to multiply the father’s height by 0,923: 189 * 0,923 = 174,447. Then we add to this number the height of the mother: 174,447 + 165 = 339,447. Divide the resulting number by 2: 339,447 / 2 =169,7235… Then the child’s height will be approximately 170 see
The formula is pretty accurate. The error is only +/- 5 cm.
