Many people dream of getting rid of extra pounds or a small tummy, but not everyone is ready for exhausting workouts in the gym. Fortunately, in moments of painful thoughts about the fate of their figure … the royal family is ready to come to the rescue! Or rather, nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who once helped Prince Harry lose weight.

In her book “2 weeks to feel good,” Gabriela described effective methods to combat obesity. According to the expert, one of the best options would be intermittent fasting 16: 8 – 16 hours you are fasting, and in the other 8 you can eat whatever your heart desires.

The main rule: strictly adhere to the schedule and not give slack during the fasting period. Peacock also recommended a 4 by 3 diet: three days a week, you consume no more than 500 kcal, and the remaining 4 days you eat as usual. 

Gabriela noted that it is important to keep track of your sugar levels in order to maintain good health. A cup of hot coffee or fruit on an empty stomach is a morning ritual that is best avoided.

The stop list also includes common snacks with high protein content – yoghurts with nuts and seeds or protein bars. 

Moreover, the ex-nutritionist of Prince Harry advises to teach children to a healthy lifestyle: for example, add finely chopped vegetables and fruits to a regular dish, increasing the size of the pieces over time.
