Wrinkles on the forehead definitely make a woman look older. However, their appearance is not always explained by age-related changes. There are many other reasons, from inappropriate grooming to facial expressions. Undoubtedly, the situation needs to be changed. That is, to categorically oppose wrinkles on the forehead, taking drastic, and in parallel with them, preventive measures.
How to get rid of forehead wrinkles
Peeling (or exfoliation from the English peel – to sand, scrape hard) in cosmetology means exfoliation, removal of the upper stratum corneum. Peeling of the forehead skin should be carried out once every 1 days. The procedure is very simple and easy to carry out at home.
For her you will need:
- oatmeal – 1 tsp
- cereal bran – 1 tsp
- rye bread – ¼ piece
- fresh or thawed strawberries or strawberries – 10-15 berries

The movements of the fingers should be circular, in a spiral, try not to stretch the skin of the forehead, and even more so not to injure (i.e., do not press hard). Finish the exfoliation by washing your face with warm water, patting your forehead with a soft towel and starting the massage.
Dip your fingertips in grape seed oil or unrefined olive oil. Perform all movements with the pads of your fingers without intense pressure in the following sequence:

- trituration
- kneading
- vibration
Stroking. Set up the forehead for massage: with the fingers of both hands, draw horizontal lines from the center to the temples. Stop and lock your fingers for a few seconds. Repeat 10-12 times. Master this technique: draw units on the forehead, 4 on each side of the center. Do 5 reps. Units drawn on one side should mirror the units on the other side. You need to draw at the same time, moving from the center. This exercise may seem difficult at first, but over time you will learn to do it masterfully.
Trituration. Place the fingers of your right hand in the middle of your forehead. With the fingers of your left hand, draw a chain of vertical eights without tearing in the direction of the temple. Repeat on the other side of your forehead, holding the skin with your left hand. You should have 2 rows of chains on each side. Now draw horizontal and long eights. “Put” them 2 on each side of the forehead. Remember to hold the skin in the middle of your forehead with your free hand. Then you can draw zeroes on each side. Do each of these movements 6-8 times and move to the bridge of the nose. Smooth your eyebrows away from her. With the fingers of one hand, slide up the folds between the eyebrows. Drum on the wrinkles with your fingers from bottom to top. Repeat each movement 10-12 times (if fingers become dry, dip them periodically in oil).
Kneading. Pinch the skin of the forehead with your indexes and large ones and move from its center to the temples. Do 6-8 reps.
Vibration. Use your fingertips to “run” randomly across your forehead for 30 seconds. Finish by running your left hand alternately across your forehead from right to left, then your right hand from left to right. Do this 4-6 times.
Gymnastics for the forehead, which restores skin tone and trains, and therefore tightens the muscles, can be done before applying the mask 2-3 times a week.
Secure your elbows to the table. Press firmly with your fingertips on the brow line. Frown hard 10 times and raise your eyebrows 10 times in surprise while holding them. Does not work? Great, so you are doing everything right. Repeat 10-12 times.
Now move your fingertips to the roots of your hair, press against the skin and pull it up. Make an effort to lower your eyebrows. Do it 10-12 times.
Yolk. Take 1 yolk, add 1 tsp to it. honey and lemon juice and stir. Apply to forehead and rinse with warm water after 15 minutes, brush with moisturizer. Do this mask 2 times a week.
Kankase mask. Kankase (or concasse) is a tomato that has been peeled and seeds removed. If you make a puree from it and apply on the skin of the forehead for 20 minutes, you get a mask with a smoothing and tightening effect. An excellent anti-wrinkle remedy. Do it once a week.
How to remove wrinkles on the forehead
Express mask. If you need an instant effect, beat the egg white with lemon juice, apply to the forehead and hold until the composition dries (the skin tightens strongly). Rinse off with cool water.
The protein mask really has an instant effect – the skin of the forehead becomes smooth, even, but the effect does not last long. It is good to use it before significant events (for example, before a date, an important business meeting, etc.)
To prevent the appearance of new wrinkles on the forehead, do not wash your face every morning with tap water, but with ice cubes from a decoction of string, nettle or parsley. And in the evenings, make compresses: combine 1 tsp each. olive and almond oil, 3-6 drops of orange or rose essential oil. Fold a bandage or gauze in 4 layers to fit your forehead, saturate with a slightly warmed mixture of oils and apply on your forehead. Cover with cellophane and tie with a scarf or elastic bandage (loose). Leave it overnight, wipe with lotion and an ice cube in the morning.
