«Distance» is a self-development system that gives excellent results that are harmoniously integrated into everyday activities. By doing the “Distance” exercises, you really realize that cardinal changes are taking place in your life. And these are changes for the better.

For a month, I worked with the Mistake exercise, which teaches you to calmly treat your random mistakes, failures, ridiculous mistakes.

Exercise «Mistake» is an exercise — a ritual consisting of three parts that are performed in a certain sequence: «Mistake. I’m good. Work!». The words and obligatory gestures of the ritual can be performed both in reality and in the imagination.

While working on the exercise, I tracked unsuccessful situations, tried to correct them calmly, without excuses and worries. Ritual «Mistake. I’m good. Work!» “grounded” emotions, tuned in to constructive solutions. Reports on the implementation of the exercise contributed to the elaboration of the situation, its comprehension, correct conclusions for the future.

«Winter. January. Christmas Holidays. My husband and I were going to go by car to visit. Before leaving, I decided to leave salary cards at home, pulled them out of my wallet, put them in and happily went on a trip.

Mistake. I’m good. Are looking for. We smile. End of February. Haven’t found a card yet…

I use the Mir card and actively support the domestic payment system.

Conclusion: “If you hurry, you will make people laugh”, everything must be done on time.

Sometimes in situations of a miss, indignantly, I blurt out the phrase “Yolki-sticks!”, The irritation sharply pierces the whole body, leaving a feeling of stiffness and tension.

The phrase «Mistake. I’m good, ”like the touch of my mother’s hands:“ It’s okay. It happens. You’ll be fine.» Crossing my arms over my chest, gently stroking my shoulders, I say: “I’m good. I’m good. I’m good…” I smile. Relax. I calmly assess the situation, make a decision, and begin to act.

«Evening. Kitchen. Call. She put the earrings on the table. I forgot. Without noticing, I sweep the earrings with the garbage into the bucket.

Bathroom. Mirror. I wash my face. And suddenly I remember: “Earrings! Where? Mistake — I’m good — go to the kitchen!

Evening. Kitchen. Bucket. Earrings. I smile: «All’s well that ends well!»

Conclusion: Things must be removed immediately in their place.

While working on the “Mistake” exercise, I gained the experience to calmly, without excuses, aggression, anxiety, treat my accidental mistakes, find the right solutions, and draw conclusions for the future.

«Morning. I’m going to work. I checked my bag before leaving the house. Phone, glasses — in place. Well done!

The street. The north wind burns your cheeks. I walk quickly to work. Hat, collar covered with silver frost. Cold.

The office is warm and cozy. I sit down at the table. I open the eyeglass case and freeze in surprise: it is empty, the glasses were left at home. “Mistake. I’m good. Go home!»

Winter. Job. Road. House. Glasses. Good mood!»

Conclusion: «Trust, but verify.» Always make sure you have glasses in your eyeglass case.
