This oil does not form carcinogens. It is believed that fats from coconut oil are not stored in reserve, they are well absorbed by the body. This oil contains dozens of fatty acids useful for losing weight and the most “rejuvenating” vitamin E, as well as magnesium, calcium, iron and selenium. Many believe that eating coconut oil can help you lose weight.
Nutritionist’s opinion:
– The cosmetological properties of coconut oil do not raise any doubts, which cannot be said about the use of coconut oil in cooking. Many nutritionists have wondered more than once: is it really that useful? Moreover, we have before our eyes an example of the countries of Southeast Asia, where residents cook everything only in this oil and have rather slender figures. Can you lose weight with coconut oil?
Definitely not. We must clearly understand that this is a high-calorie fat. This is not a cucumber or even a carrot. Coconut oil should not dominate the daily diet. By the way, this applies to any super-healthy oil. Only the daily norm – no more than 1 gram per 1 kilogram of your weight – will not lead to weight gain.
Yes, it can and should be used in cooking, replacing margarines and butter, yes, you can fry food on it, but be sure to count calories.

Non-milk from oats, buckwheat, rice
The low calorie content of non-milk, pleasant taste, the absence of bacteria and fungi, which are in ordinary milk, made it dizzying popularity.

– Nemoloko is a top model for a healthy lifestyle. Why? There are a lot of complaints about traditional milk. Regular traditional milk is considered to be a product with a high antigenic load. By consuming cow’s milk, we release a large amount of antigen into the body, automatically provoke a cascade of biochemical reactions that actually do not differ from traditional inflammation (without a virus, bacteria and fungi).
If we minimize the processes of inflammation in the body, we can preserve youth, beauty and longevity for much longer. From the standpoint of modern dietetics, obesity and overweight are equal to inflammation in terms of biochemical reactions.

For some reason, many endow chia and flax seeds with super properties – they effectively enrich the body with omega-3 polyunsaturated acids. Someone firmly believes that by eating 2 teaspoons of seeds, they will receive a daily requirement of omega-3. These are illusions. It is much more effective for those who monitor body weight to use vitamins in capsules with a known dosage.
