It happens that you feel overwhelmed for no apparent reason – right in the morning, despite the high dose of coffee. What’s the matter here? Perhaps in food that drains energy instead of charging it.

No wonder the ancients said: you are what you eat. And they also said (though not the ancient ones) that everything that brings pleasure is either immoral, or they get fat from it. In general, healthy food, unfortunately, is not as tasty as “junk” food. But maybe it’s really better to give up some things? After all, if food sucks energy, why eat it then?

Our champion. Sugar is not called the white death for nothing. It makes us weaker and even capable of causing depression, so it is useless to seize stress on them. Sugar is very quickly absorbed into the bloodstream, and therefore quickly gives a feeling of fullness. Which, unfortunately, passes quickly. It is replaced not only by fatigue, but also by hunger, and we eat more. In addition, sugar suppresses the B vitamins, which are also responsible for our nerves. Less vitamins – more irritability.

And they get duller from sugar, scientists have long proved this.

Almond croissant for breakfast, with a cup of aromatic cappuccino – mmm … Very, very harmful, albeit deliciously delicious. We will not now carry on boring reasoning that flour harms the figure, who does not know it. We mean that fast carbohydrates, that is, pies, muffins, puffs, macarons, cheesecakes and other strudels, act on the body in the same way as sugar. Even if these same carbohydrates and unsweetened, pasta, for example. A quick spike in blood sugar, an instant euphoria, then a breakdown. Moreover, the gluten contained in flour swells, it turns out a large heavy lump that pulls you to sleep.

At first it seems to you that you are ready to dance until dawn. A glass or two of wine – and that’s it, irresistibly pulls to the side. At first, alcohol really causes a sharp and very rapid excitation of the nervous system. And then suddenly the same sharp deceleration comes, I want to fall under the table and sleep, sleep … Only one ambush. Sleep “under degrees” does not give the desired rest. The body diligently removes toxins and does not rest at all. Therefore, in the morning you will be lethargic, weak and overwhelmed.

Again, we won’t be lecturing on the harm to the shape. Fried food is heavy food, and heavy not only in the sense that is reflected in the figure on the scales. It is heavy, primarily for digestion. The body spends a lot of energy to cope with a portion of potatoes or mushrooms. And if this is a cheburek, then he is only busy with it. And to the point that you still need to walk, think and work, the body does not care. Therefore, you get tired quickly.

The turkey is healthy. So eat it, please. But in the evening. Turkey contains special proteins that have a relaxing effect on the body. Scientists say that milk, beans and brown rice can act in the same way, but this is individual. If you don’t try, you won’t know. Experiment, just not in the direction of products that do not even hide that they are energy vampires.
