If you have an erection problem, you do not need to reach for potency supplements right away. Of course, thanks to the content of vitamins, minerals and ingredients that increase libido, they can be a great booster, but first try to modify your eating habits. It turns out that the problem with erection (especially at a relatively young age) may have its source in stress, lack of exercise and poor nutrition. Fortunately, there are natural aphrodisiacs that will help you stave off this problem!
According to statistics, as many as 10% of Poles complain about the problem with achieving and maintaining an erection. Stressful work, a sedentary lifestyle and too many stimulants contribute to this. In 1/3 of men it has its source in cardiovascular diseases. The reason is also the lack of overweight. Therefore, in addition to practicing sports, you should modify your diet.
What should we eat to support potency?
- According to the American Heart Association, the diet of a man who cares about potency should be as diverse as possible. Meals should be eaten regularly and often, preferably every 2-3 hours. They must also contain complex carbohydrates, not simple ones. The most valuable for the body will be wholegrain products, i.e. wholemeal pasta, dark bread, brown rice and wholegrain groats.
- The menu must also be rich in fiber and vitamins. There must be plenty of vegetables and fruits in each meal (at least twice a day).
- Attention should also be paid to the intake of minerals, i.e. magnesium, iron and zinc contained in vegetables, fruits and red, lean meat. They have a significant impact on semen quality as well as sperm count and motility.
- It is necessary to limit trans fatty acids and saturated fats, i.e. what we often like the most – fast food, ice cream and processed cheese, fatty meat products, palm oil and sweets.
- A good type of acid that will support libido are omega-3 fatty acids found in unprocessed flaxseed oil and fatty sea fish.
- Prohibited products are also well-known and popular stimulants, i.e. cigarettes and alcohol. They effectively lower libido and make erection problems worse. Of course, a glass of wine or two before intercourse can improve blood circulation, but alcohol in excess is often the enemy of successful sex.
- It is worth reaching for natural aphrodisiacs, i.e. ginseng root that reduces stress and increases energy levels, seafood known as one of the best ways to boost libido (it is rich in zinc and omega-3 acids), and ginkgo biloba that improves the functioning of the nervous system and blood. Diversifying the menu with aromatic spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, chili pepper and curry also works great. They contain numerous active compounds that warm up the body and improve potency.
